Refund and Returns Policy

Definitions

  • The buyer: A valid customer who purchased any item from the QEARA webshop.  
  • The item: The purchased product from the QEARA webshop.  
  • The site/our: The QEARA webshop.  
  • The request: Either a request for a return or a refund.  
  • The policy: A Refund and Return Policy is applied to products sold by and from the QEARA webshop only.

Overview

QEARA webshop offers free returns as a default according to this policy. Shop worry-free and with confidence from us! Our top priority is customer satisfaction. By continuing to use our site, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept this policy and any revisions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these terms or by sending an update email to registered clients. This page should be referred to in case of any conflict.  

Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, and we reserve the right to reject return requests unless there is a valid reason.

Return Policy

As mentioned above, QEARA.com accepts returns under this policy. You may decide to return an item for any reason, such as changing your mind or finding it was not as expected. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order, including power specifications (where applicable), dimensions, color, etc. For further information, you may contact us for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received.
  3. We may request photos or videos of the item.
  4. Proof of purchase (receipt) may be required for processing the return.
  5. The item must be purchased at the regular price; gifts, sale items, or coupon-based prices are not eligible.

Terms

  1. Packing damages are not covered.
  2. Slight damage to the packaging due to international shipping is acceptable.
  3. We will cover 50% of the return shipping cost; the remaining 50% will be deducted from the item cost when refunded.

Refund Policy

The refund policy protects our valued customers from potential issues affecting their experience.
Refunds or replacements may be provided under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item is missing parts.
  • The item has faulty functionality.

Partial refunds or special discount coupons may be issued in cases such as: 

  • Delivery time exceeds 22 working days from the order date without regional or environmental disruptions.
  • The item was delivered with the wrong option, such as a different color.

General Notes

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used when placing the order.
  • Certain situations may cause us to withdraw the request and deny rights under this policy, such as not receiving a response from you for more than 3 days regarding our requests.

How It Works

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, simply open a case in your dashboard under purchased items and follow the steps.

After a quick evaluation of your order, you will be notified by email about your initial eligibility. If positive, we will request further information and photos. If your request is approved, we will provide the next steps for returning the item. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, including the reason. In case of approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. If rejected, we will discuss alternative options to meet your satisfaction.  

If you haven’t received a refund yet (please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted), first check your bank account again. If it takes longer than usual, contact your credit card provider and then your bank, as there is often some processing time. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@qeara.com
